PURPOSE:To simplify substantially the processing steps, by peeling off coating films on the tops of partitions for enclosing a prescribed sector, closing the mold, injecting a polyurethane raw material into the mold, and removing the molded item after a prescribed period has passed. CONSTITUTION:The coating film on the sector (a) that will be enclosed by the partitions 11 wherein the coating films 14 on the tops of the partitions 11 ground off is peeled off. In this case, as the coating films on the tops of the partitions 11 have been removed, the coating films of the sectors (a, b, c) are not continuous, and if the coating film on the sector (a) is pulled, the coating films on the adjacent sectors (b, c) are not affected, and only the coating film on the sector (a) can be peeled off. The mold is closed by the top force 16, and a polyurethane raw material 17a is injected. The position of the injection of the polyurethane raw material may be determined by the flow of the raw material or the like. After a prescribed period has passed, the molded item is removed, and the burr is removed to obtain a two-tone color bumper cover. |
