PURPOSE:To mount a type wheel simply by obstructing the revolution of the type wheel by a connecting projecting section made of an elastic body at connecting the type wheel to a revolving shaft, properly turning the shaft and positioning the type wheel. CONSTITUTION:When a type wheel 50 is mounted to a shaft 52, a larger diameter shaft section 102 is intruded into the through-hole 54 of the type wheel, a projecting section 96 is pushed against an elastic body 94 in a cassette case 51, and the whole type wheel is moved to the platen 58 side by a wheel setter 72. Consequently, the type wheel 50 is pushed against connecting projections 76 on an annular plate 70, and held to the setter 72. When the setter 72 is turned by the shaft 52, the connecting projections 76 are connected to setter windows 74, and the type wheel is positioned. Accordingly, the shaft need not be positioned and operated at the predetermined position of revolution, and the type wheel can be mounted through simple operation. |
