PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of inclination and to obtain a precise ramp voltage by processing inclination data of the ramp voltage and converting the result into an analog value through a D/A converter. CONSTITUTION:The final arrival value of the ramp voltage is set with a digital switch SD and the time that the ramp voltage takes to attain to the final arrival time is set with a digital switch ST. When a switch S1 is closed, a data arithmetic processing part CP1 reads the data set by the switches SD and ST to calculate power ramp voltages outputted at the time at constant intervals of time, and outputs the values to the D/A converter DA1. Then, the inclination of the ramp voltage is set easily by the digital switch. Further, update time intervals of data sent out to the D/A converter and the precision of the D/A converter are varied to obtain a ramp voltage with optional precision. |
