PURPOSE:To improve response to abnormality by executing accumulation for sum checking by an accumulator discretely formed in parallel with a user's program at the execution of the user's program. CONSTITUTION:The user's program is stored in a memory 4 and a microprocessor 1 executes said program and a system program stored in a memory 2. The titled controller is provided with the accumulator 6, which is connected to a bus of the microprocessor 1. The accumulator 6 is reset prior to the execution of the user's program and inputs a user's instruction at the successive reading of the user's instruction. These yser's instructions are successively accumulated as numerical data and the accumulated result is compared with a previously found real value. If both data coincide with each other, normal operation is continued, and when both data are inconsistent, abnormal processing such as the output of an alarm and stops of operation is executed. |
