PURPOSE:To improve vibration-resistant performance and reliability by a method wherein a fuel pressure control valve is inserted into the inner circumference of terminal section of a distributing pipe, distributing the fuel into a plurality of injection valves, through a connecter housing and a fuel pressure is applied on a diaphragm through the connecter housing. CONSTITUTION:The fuel is sent by a pump from a tank through a filter and is distributed into a plurality of injection valves through the distributing pipe 10, to which the fuel pressure control valve 20 is fixed at the inner circumference of the right terminal section thereof. In this case, the pressure control valve 20 is formed by the cylindrical connecter housing 21, casings 22, 23, the diaphragm 24 and the like while the connecter housing 21 is welded to the casing 23 and is fixed to the distributing pipe 10 through a bolt 35. The fuel pressure in a fuel chamber 14 is acted on the diaphragm 24 at all times through the fuel path 30 of the connecter housing 21 and when the fuel pressure is higher than a predetermined value, a valve body 25 opens a valve seat 26 to release the excessive fuel into the tank, thus, the fuel pressure may be controlled. |
