PURPOSE:To improve the recording quality of an OHP film by changing the cutter position between a light permeable recording medium and other ones to vary the number of ink drops forming one pixel according thereto. CONSTITUTION:Synchronizing a clock (a) from a CPU30, a counter 31 counts up at the outgoing time and a recording data 35 is read out from an RAM33 through an address decoder 32 according to the counts thereof to perform a dot recording through a driver 37, an inkjet unit 38 on a signal of a carriage position detecting section 36. At the incoming time, for the OPH film with the cutter positioned upward, the turning OFF of a microswitch is detected with a detector section 39 a data is taken out with the counter 31 synchronizing a clock opposite to the outgoing course to perform a double printing. In the normal recording paper with the cutter position downward at the detector section 39, no dot recording is done at the incoming time. This can elevate the recording quality and density of the OHP film. |
