A colloidal aqueous composition is prepared by the reaction of benzodiazepine, vitamin K, vitamin E or their derivatives with dihexanoyl lecithin, egg lecithin and bean lecithin. Thus, nonhemolytic and slight soluble or non-soluble activated substances can be octained in large numbers i.e. stable, mixed micelle is yielded in sufficient amounts. This composition is especially useful in non-oral or local dosages.
