PURPOSE:To suppress the appearance of interference fringes by forming V- shaped unevenness on different surfaces of the base and photodetection container of a photoreceptor member of multilayered constitution which uses coherent light such as laser light suitably. CONSTITUTION:The photoreceptor member 1000 has a photoreceiving layer 1002 on the base 1001 whose surface is machined, and the photoreceiving layer 1002 consists of a charge implantation preventing layer 1003 and a photosensitive layer 1004 successively from the side of the base 1001. Projection parts of the unevenness provided on the surface of the base 1001 are sectioned in a reverse V shape, preferably, in an irosceles, right-angled, or scalene triangle so that controlled irregularity of layer thickness in fine columns of each formed layer, excellent adhesion of the base to the layer provided directly on the base, and desired electric contactness are securely. |
