PURPOSE:To obtain the light receiving member having a durability and an improved moisture resisting property by providing the light receiving layer which has at least a pair of non-parallel interfaces within a narrow range, and is arranged a number of the non-parallel interfaces at least one direction within a plane lying in a vertical position against a direction of a thickness of said layer on the surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled member forms the photoreceptor layer composed of the 1st layer 101 formed by a non-crystalline material contg. a silicon atom, and at least one of a germanium atom or a tin atom, and the 2nd layer 103 having an effect of preventing a reflectance on the surface of the substrate 101. The surface of the substrate 101 has a sectional shape in which plural minute uneven cross-sectional shapes form by overlapping a main peak with a duplicate peak on the surface of the substrate 101. The titled receptor has the photoreceptor layer comprising the first layer 102 and the 2nd layer 103 along said uneven shapes on the substrate 101. Thus, the excellent electrical, optical and photoconductive properties of the titled member are obtd. And also the titled member having a good dielectric strength and an improved environmental characteristics is obtd. |
