Methods for preparing granules are presented. Thus, Ca granules of ammonium nitrate (100≰C, dia.=1.5mm) are supplied into a granulator with air (20≰C, 2m/sec). At the same time, the melted material of calcium ammonium nitrite is also supplied into the granulator at 172≰C and 200kg/h with air (166≰C, 50kg/h). The film obtained from the sprayer shows following characteristics: apex angle=88≰; rate=14.5m/ sec; width=270μm; weber no.=1200. The releasing rate of air is -- 200m/sec. The product obtained from the above condns. shows the following properties: H2O content=0.09 wt.%; density=1005kg/m3; rolling cap.=85% round: impact res.= 100%; crushing strenght=45bar.
