PURPOSE:To discharge condensation water which is formed during heat exchanging rapidly out of a heat exchanger and solve the problem of water splashing by forming a condensation water collecting and receiving groove on the edge on the side of air flow-out of a tube element and at the same time projecting the side edge of an intermediate plate between corresponding upright side walls of both formed plates. CONSTITUTION:Condensation water formed from the passing air during heat exchanging flows into a condensation water collecting and receiving groove 14 as shown by the arrow mark A by the aid of the energy in the air flow and discharged from a drain hole. On the other hand the condensation water staying on the side end edges of outer fins 2 and the condensation water overflowing from the collecting and receiving groove 14 flow as shown by the arrow mark B along the outer faces of a horizontal projection edge 16 of a formed plate on the upper side and an upright side edge 15, but because the side edge 12b of an intermediate plate 12 projects into a recessed section 18 formed by corresponding upright side walls 15 and 18, the projecting side edge 12b works as a suppression plate, and the condensation water flows along the projecting side edge to a tank section 4 and finally goes out of the heat exchanger via a drain hole 5.
