To make closing elements, such as covers, shutters, doors or similar parts, tamper-proof against opening and reclosing, the invention makes use of a screw with a special head 30 which keeps the cover 14 in the closed position and the head of which comprises a collar 34 connected firmly to the shank 32 and an actuating part 36 connected to the collar 34 so as to be capable of being detached therefrom as a result of the tightening of the screw, and which comes to rest in a recess 20 of the cover. By tightening the special screw 30 with a tool applied to the actuating part 36, the actuating part 36 is separated from the other part of the screw by being broken off. The screw can now be removed only by destroying it. <IMAGE>
