The disclosed medicaments are essentially comprised of one or a plurality of extracts of vegetable origin, particularly those obtained by maceration, decoction and/or infusion in an aqueous alcoholic solvent of Capsicum peppers and/or bark or wood of Populus poplars. Preferably, they are comprised of mixtures containing 80 % of extracts of Capsicum pepper and 20 % of Populus extract formed by a mixture of small molecular weight molecules amongst which the predominant species exhibits a specific maximum absorption spectrum at 280 nm.
