CONSTITUTION:When a diagnosis exclusive pulse signal M.C1 is sent out to FFB in place of a system clock Tn, the value 1 of FFA on the side of a salve 21 thereof is taken in FFB on the side of a master 20. At this time, M.C1 is also sent out to FFA and the D-input value of FFA is taken in FFA on the side of the master 20. However, this change is blocked on the side of the slave 21 of a post stage and is not propagated to FFB. Next, the transmission of a value from the side of the master 20 to the side of the slave 21 is generated in FFB by a diagnosis exclusive signal C2 (pulse). At this time, C2 is also sent out to FFA and the transmission of a value from the side of the master 20 to the side of the slave 21 is generated. In this sequence, the M.C1 pulse becomes a 0-level and the change in the output of FFA generated at a pulse falling point is not takken in FFB and, therefore, FFB holds the value held by FFA. |
