PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminate free from release, by laminating a drawn polyolefin film to one side of a filler-containing drawn polyolefin film to give a laminated film having a special specific gravity, bonding a flexible substrate film to the laminated film and forming an uneven pattern. CONSTITUTION:A drawn polyolefin film 2 is laminated to one side of a drawn polyolefin film 1 containing 10-40wt.% filler such as calcium carbonate to form a laminated film having <=0.7 specific gravity. Then a flexible substrate sheet (e.g. paper) 3 is bonded to the other side of the film, then an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the sheet and the layer constitution is arranged in the order of 2/1/3 or 2/1/2/3 to give a leather-like polyolefin laminate.
