<p>A multioscillator (10) for sensing rotations about three orthogonal axes (12, 14, 16). A frame includes an internal arrangement of three intersecting cavities (28, 30, 36), each of which is arranged for measuring rotation about one of the orthogonal axes. Each cavity comprises a non-planar arrangement of four cavity legs. A pair of anodes (20, 22) and a cathode (18) cooperate with the intersecting cavities and, in one embodiment, with bypass tubes (68, 70), whereby undesired Fresnel-Frizeau phase shifts are eliminated by gas flow effect cancellations.</p> |
