PURPOSE:To eliminate an assignment of firearms to a unified target among a group of firearms by a method wherein a target group is properly assigned to the group of firearms. CONSTITUTION:An alternating gain calculation circuit 1 may read out information of a target group and information of a group of firearms from No.1 memory at a specified period, calculate an alternating gain in reference to a degree of fearness for the group of firearms in the target group and a fighting power for the target group of the group of firearms as for a target group of all combinations for each of the group of firearms and then write it into No.2 memory 7. In a distributing determination circuit 2, a fighting gain is read out from No.2 memory 7, the number of distributing group of firearms provided in the target group and having the max. difference/max. fighting gain and the number of target distributing provided in the group of firearms are read out from No.4 memory 9, compared to each other, and a smaller number is written into No.3 memory as the distributing number. In a discriminating circuit 3, the distributing number is read out from No.3 memory 8, the number of distribution of the group of firearms and the number of distributing target group are varied, written into No.4 memory 9 and then when a sum of the distributing number of the group of firearms or a sum of the number of distributing of the target group is 0, it is outputted from No.3 memory 8. |
