<p>PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency of a line by a method wherein a truck arriving at this time is discriminated and collated in a main control device, and accurate data on a loading work and a work on a subsequent track is simultaneously distributed to a work station. CONSTITUTION:In a main control device 28, when trucks 14a-11e arrive, in order, at work stations So-Sn, the discriminating symbols thereof are read by means of data communication interfaces 24a-24e and 26a0-26an and are stored in a memory means M of a main control device body 31. For example, when data on a work loaded on the truck 14e arriving at the work station Sn is distributed, it is collated in the main control device 28, and accurate data on the loaded work and a work loaded on the subsequent arriving truck 14d is simultaneously distributed to a robot controller 18 of the work station Sn. This constitution performs a preparatory work for a subsequent work and enables improvement of the production efficiency of a line.</p> |
