<p>PURPOSE:To control the operation of an air purifier by detecting the abnormal ity of the output of a high voltage power supply and to enhance safety by providing low voltage output issued in connection with high voltage output to the high voltage power supply and detecting a high voltage output state thereby. CONSTITUTION:A fan, a dielectric filter, the discharge wire 5 arranged in front of said filter and a high voltage power supply 8 for applying high voltage to the discharge wire 5 are provided. Low voltage output 18 issued in connection with high voltage output is provided to the high voltage power supply 8 and a high voltage state is detected thereby. As a result, the abnormality of the output of the high voltage power supply 8 is detected to control the operation of an air purifier and safety can be enhanced.</p> |
