PURPOSE:To suppress disturbance of power properly by providing an imperfect differentiation circuit for limiting the stabilizing signal for a synchronous machine within the frequency band corresponding to voltage fluctuation, a phase compensator for the output signal form an all-pass filter, and a limiter for providing an output to an automatic voltage regulator. CONSTITUTION:Time constant of an imperfect differentiator 1 is set to a value passing over the lower limit 0.5Hz of power fluctuation frequency region, and an all-pass filter 5 having such characteristic as the gain is maintained constant to '1' and only the phase delays with the frequency for the entire frequency region is arranged between the imperfect differentiated 1 and a phase compensation circuit 2. The all-pass filter 5 is a phase shifter comprising an operational amplifier OP, resistances R1, R2, R3 and a capacitor C and the all-pass filter provides a signal through the phase compensation circuit 2, an amplifier 3 and a limiter 4 to an automatic voltage regulator AVR. By such arrangement, fluctuation of power can be suppressed properly. |
