Verbindungen der Formel I, <IMAGE> worin n 0 bis 3 ist, R1 und R2 C1-C12-Alkyl, C5-C8-Cycloalkyl oder -CH2SR3 bedeuten, R3 C1-C18-Alkyl, Phenyl oder Benzyl bedeutet und R4 Wasserstoff oder CH3 ist, eignen sich vorzüglich als Kettenabbrecher bei der anionischen Lösungspolymerisation von 1,3-Dienen.
