The fixing device has a base plate (1), one section (2) of which is permanently joined to the item (3) to be fixed in position. A second section (5) of the baseplate is inclined to the first one. One or two bosses (4) on the latter are inclined in the same direction as the second section, in which there is an elongated hole (6) accommodating a bolt (7) with screwed extension (8) so that this can tilt but not turn, the bolt being clamped by a nut (9). The bosses, and the tilted and unclamped bolt, fit in drillings (10) in the component (12) forming the mounting. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simplicity, low cost, and secures item firmly in place. |
