PURPOSE:To enable controlling the amount of the substance extruded from a container to minute degree and keep the contents from hardening so as to insure smoothness of the subsequent use by providing internally a piston fitted with a slidable piston head which freely slides back and forth inside a cylinder and a screw-controlling nut which engages with a piston screw rod and which has part of the outer circumference exposed so as to be freely rotated. CONSTITUTION:After removing a cap 9 and a sealing pin alpha from a fine extrusion- orifice 12, a screw-controlling nut 7 is rotated clockwise by its knurled outer circumference 7a; then a piston screw rod 5, whose movement is restricted by a through hole 20 in a stopper washer 2 against piston rotation, moves forward without rotation together with a piston heed 6 so that the substance contained in a cylinder 1 is discharged through the fine extrusion-orifice 12 in a quantity proportionate to the distance for which the piston head 6 moves. When the screw-controlling nut 7 is rotated counterclockwise, the piston screw rod 5 and the piston head 6 are reversed so that the pressure inside the cylinder 1 reduced to a vacuum causes the substance left exposed at the tip of the fine extrusion-orifice 12 to be sucked back into an extrusion orifice 11. After the use, the sealing pin alpha is stuck into the fine extrusion-orifice 12 and the cap 9 is fitted on in place for storage. |
