摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain silver group alloy powder having heightened conductivity, an anti-oxidation property and an anti-migration property suitable for conductive paste by forming powder by quenching and solidifying molten liquid of a composition containing specific silver. CONSTITUTION:When molten liquid or a composition containing silver shown by the formula is quenched and solidified by using a high-pressure atomizing method, conductivity, an anti-oxidation property and an anti-migration property are heightened so as to obtain silver alloy powder suitable to be used for conductive paste.
