PURPOSE:To prepare the subject molded product comprising an integrally molded product having a base plate, a base portion and leg portion and having excellent strength, rigidity, etc., by covering a core material with a molding raw material comprising an inorganic material mixed with an adhesive and subsequently thermally curing the raw materials. CONSTITUTION:A molding raw material 4 comprising an inorganic material mixed with an adhesive is press-charged in a groove mold frame 1 comprising a metal thin plate so as to cover a core material 5. The portion of the molding material 4 remaining on the outside of the opening of the groove mold frame 1 is heated from the outside of the groove mold frame 1 so as to form a cured base portion 7, and the molding raw material 4 in the groove mold frame 2 is molded as a leg portion A. The exposed portion not contacting with the mold frame 1 is press-heated with a press mold 3 to prepare the objective molded product. |
