The insert is used in the textile industry. The prepared flat-sheet laminate has 85-95 percent stability against detachment forces after ten dry cleanings and retains 90-98 percent stability after ten washings at 95 degrees C. The insert is a textile material with powder polyethylene laid on it in a dot-like pattern with a quantity of polyethylene from 15 to 35 gr/m<2> and a number of dots from 20 to 80 dots per cm<2>. The textile material is a fabric, knitted or not-woven material from natural or synthetic fibres or their composite, in a particular case not-woven adhesively bounded material with fabric weight mass from 20 to 60 gr/m<2>. The weft is a composite of polyester and viscose fibres with a proportion from 100/0 to 50/50, and the proportion of the weft and the binding agent is from 85:15 to 70:30. The web is a thermally layered textile material fixed to the face of the fabric of natural or synthetic fibres or their composite by an electric press machine at 180-190 degrees C and pressure from 0.35 to 0.50 MPa for 15-20 sec.
