The apparatus for collecting waste materials comprises a collecting hopper (20) which includeds shock sensor (23) mounted on duct surface (22), a door (13) integrally including vertically movable plate (11) connected to interlock cylinder rod and horizontally actuating plate (12), a cylinder (14) which pivots at the cabinet (10a) of collector assembly (10) and linked with the end of movable plate (11), a compressor (16) including pressure sensor (16a) and photo sensor (166) in the lower part of the actuating plate (12). The apparatus includes chemical tank (18) for disinfecting the waste box (40), automatic and manual operating button (19a,19b), and stop button (19c).
