A mandrel machine tool with a tilting transverse cross slide mounted on a rotary toolhead, with a power transmission unit sliding along the axis of an expanding mandrel, which consists of an electric motor, a multi-stage toothed reducer and a head; with an expanding mandrel with radially moving jaws expanded by olives, characterised in that the power transmission unit has a sectional spindle composed of a drive sleeve (14) and the driving end (17) mating in an articulated manner, and has a reverse gear driving the cross slide (12) built in the body of the drive reducer (10) on the shaft of the reversing gear (19), on which, two mating wheels (20, 21) are mounted rotatably; a slide mating sleeve (22) is between the mating wheels (20, 21); and on the free end, there is a permanent mesh (23), where the mating wheels (20, 21) mesh with the drive wheels (15, 16) mounted rigidly on the drive sleeve (14), and the mesh (23) mates with double-rim passage wheel (18) mounted rotatably on the driving end (17) of the spindle , on which there is mounted replaceably the head (11) with a planet wheel (41) introduced into the meshing with the rim of the double-rim passage wheel (18) outside the body of the reducer (10); and the expanding mandrel (1), on olives (4, 5), has cam segments (8) created on the conical surface, mating with each of the fastening jaws (2) in order to auto-jam them during the increase in the machine cutting and it has a hollow tension member (7) with internally screwed ends.<IMAGE>
