forcefully press-punching the mixture of briquet ash powders (1) and a water-based adhesive (2) on the press plate (3) of synthetic resin nonwoven wadding and drying to make the first layer of a base plate; laminating the second layer of oiled paper or folded paper on the first layer; laminating the third layer of the synthetic resin thin plate on the second layer with a water-based adhesive; lacquering the third layer; drying and bonding the specifically cutted dried floor paper pieces. The sheet shows good waterproofing, moisture-proofing properties and simple workability.
