PURPOSE:To simplify the optical system without the necessity for deforming the shape of laser beam taken out from the slab laser. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 6a taken out from a slab laser 1 as the optical source for the laser marker, attains the direction of polarized light of the horizontal direction with the 1/2 wave length plate 7, and made incident on a liquid crystal mask 9. The laser beam 6d made to pass through the picture element that the electric voltage is applied in the liquid crystal mask is irradiated to the objective matter 12b by reflecting with PBS. |
