<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title paste excellent in adhesivity to metals or electrical insulating layers, capable of forming coating films with good electrical conductivity for a long period, comprising electrically conductive powder, a polyhydroxystyrene derivative-contg. organic binder and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objective paste comprising (A) electrically conductive powder such as of copper, silver, Ni or Al, (B) an organic binder containing a polyhydroxystyrene derivative 1000-200000 in weight-average molecular weight {e.g. an organic polymer of the formula [n is >=3; k and p are each 0-2; u is 1-2; R<1>-R<3> are each u or 1-5C alkyl; Y and Z are each -SO3M (M is H, alkali metal. etc.), -OCH3, 1-18C alkyl or aryl]}, and (C) a solvent such as BTX, solvent naphtha, cellosolve acetate or N-methylpyrrolidone.</p> |
