A system for managing lighting equipment integrally is provided to computerize the history management of the lighting equipment based on DB information, thereby improving convenience in management operations and reducing load of work greatly. A system(S) for managing lighting equipment integrally includes a monitoring flickering device(100), a portable terminal(200), and a central server(300). The monitoring flickering device transmits the location information and state information of each of the lighting equipment to the central server, and receives a control command from the central server to control the lighting equipment. The portable terminal inputs and edits information about the lighting equipment based on an electronic map, receives maintenance work instructions from the central server, and transmits a processing result. The central server receives information about each of the lighting equipment from the monitoring flickering device and the portable terminal, inputs and edits the received information to create and display a DB, transmits the control command according to the state information from the monitoring flickering device to the monitoring flickering device, and transmits the maintenance work instructions to the portable terminal and a manager. The monitoring flickering device includes a GPS(Global Positioning System) unit, a monitoring flickering unit, a state display unit, a communication unit, and a control unit. |
