The method for substantiating the maximally effective treatment complex in the patients with the chronic pyelonephritis relates to the medicine, namely to the nephrology. The method takes into account the sex and the age of the patient, the general state of the patient, the duration of the disease, the temperature reaction, the extent of the lumbar pain syndrome, the changes in blood and urine tests, the extent of the endogenous intoxication assessed clinically. The following integral formalized indices of blood also are taken into account for assessing the extent of endotoxicosis: leukocytic index of intoxication, the index of leukocytic shift, hematological index of intoxication. Finally, the formulae of the prognosed treatment efficacy are set up. |
