FUSED RING AROMATIC COMPOUND AND ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fused ring aromatic compound and an organic light-emitting element having a highly bright optical output in an extremely high efficiency and also having extreme durability.

SOLUTION: This organic light-emitting element is characterized by being constituted with an anode, a cathode and a layer consisting of the organic compound nipped/held between the anode and cathode and containing the fused ring aromatic compound expressed by general formula [I] [wherein, R1to R16are each H, an alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted aralkyl, a substituted or non-substituted aryl, a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic ring group, a substituted amino or a halogen atom] in at least one layer among the layers consisting of the organic compound.
