PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine structure sheet which can reduce its manufacturing cost and can be manufactured in high production stability and from which a transmission screen can be manufactured, and to provide the transmission screen by using the fine structure sheet. SOLUTION: Regarding the fine structure sheet 10 where prisms each having a first surface (incident surface) on which a light beam is made incident and a second surface (total reflection surface) that totally reflects the light beam made incident on the first surface toward the observer side are concentrically and continuously arranged on the sheet surface thereof on a projector side, and used for a rear projection image display device, angles formed by the first surfaces and the second surfaces are nearly the same as a whole, and the angle is≥37.5°.
