PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible high-precision high cycle forming of a liquid-sealing lid member of a synthetic resin without impairing the original function of a liquid-sealing lid member of a fluid-bearing device. SOLUTION: An annular recessed groove 24 is provided on the outside circumferential portion of the liquid-sealing lid member 20 of an annular synthetic material. The wall thickness of the wall portion is thinned down by structuring the outside circumferential surface of the lid member with fitting outside circumferential surfaces 25A, 25B, which are fitted to the inside circumferential surface 17 of an opening end portion 15 of a housing body 10, by first outside diameter and a thin-walled outside circumferential surface 25C by second outside diameter, which is smaller than the first diameter.
