<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the color temperature of bounce light, with respect to an illuminator such as an electronic flash device. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminator equipped with a light emitting part to emit illuminating light has a first color temperature measuring part to measure the color temperature of the bounce light of the illuminating light. The first color temperature measuring part is positioned to face to the emitting direction of the illuminating light.
