PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a hub unit bearing capable of reducing its processing cost and the weight of the hub unit bearing, and to provide the hub unit bearing. SOLUTION: The supporting structure of the hub unit bearing is equipped with a regulating means for regulating axial movement of an outside member 21 with respect to a knuckle 12. The regulating means includes an engaging part 25 provided on an outer peripheral part of the outside member 21 to project radially outward, and engaged parts 26, 27 provided on the knuckle 12 for engaging with the engaging part 25 in the axial direction.
