<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an improvement of high-temperature acceleration life (HALT) of insulation resistance (IR) and breakdown voltage (VB), in a reduction resistant dielectric ceramic composition including a perovskite type dielectric ceramic as a main component. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition comprises a main component including a compound having a perovskite type crystal structure and being represented by the general formula ABO<SB>3</SB>(wherein A is one kind or more elements selected from Ba, Ca, Sr and Mg, B is one kind or more elements selected from Ti, Zr and Hf, and [A]/[B] (molar ratio) is 0.990≤[A]/[B]<1.03), a first sub-component such as MgO or the like, a second sub-component that is a sintering aid, a third sub-component including an oxide of a rare earth metal R (wherein R is at least one kind selected from Y, Dy, Tb, Gd and Ho), a fourth sub-component including MnO, and a fifth sub-component that is an oxide of Re (rhenium), wherein the ratio of each sub-component against 100 moles of the main component is characterized in that the first sub-component is 0.1-3 moles, the second sub-component is 0.1-12 moles, the third sub-component is 0.01-10 moles, the fourth sub-component is 0.05-1.0 mole, and the fifth sub-component is 0.01-1.0 mole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
