PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high quality by making a boring position precise and a boring surface smooth, to prevent deterioration of the sharpness of a cutting edge of a drill, and to prevent the cutting edge of the drill from becoming a built-up edge, by constituting a lubricant layer of an entry sheet wherein diamonds of ultrafine particles having a particle diameter of a nanometer level are mixed in glass ingredients. SOLUTION: On at least one side of a base plate made from material having a free-cutting property, a glass coating made by applying and drying a slurry wherein a lubricant element made from monocyte solids having the particle diameter of the nanometer level and high hardness are diffused in a metal alkoxide containing alcohol and silicon, with a film thickness of 1 to 10μm, is formed.
