<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a change of a crystal grain with the lapse of time, easily and accurately compared with the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal grain setting part 119 sets a domain surrounded by a grain boundary set by a grain boundary setting part 105, as a crystal grain, a crystal grain area setting part 118 sets the minimum crystal grain area with respect to the crystal grain set by the crystal grain setting part 119, and a crystal grain disappearance processing part 120 makes the crystal grain disappear when the crystal grain is the crystal grain set the crystal grain setting part 119 and has an area thereof is less than the minimum crystal grain area. Simulation can be carried out thereby taking the crystal grain disappearing in accompaniment to the growth of the crystal grain into consideration, and the change of the crystal grain with the lapse of time is easily and accurately analyzed compared with the prior art. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
