PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive biological information measuring device for accurately estimating the feature quantity with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The non-invasive biological information measuring device comprises at least one light source 210, a control means 270 for controlling the light source 210, a biological information sensor 220 for measuring biological information, an amplification means 230 for amplifying output signals from the biological information sensor 220, an A/D converting means 240 for converting the amplified analogue signals to digital signals, a storing means 250 for storing the digital data after the A/D conversion, and a feature quantity estimating means 260 for estimating the feature quantity of the biological information by analyzing the digital data in the storing means 250. With this structure, the low power consumption can be achieved by changing the content of the control of the light source 210 according to the feature quantity estimated by the feature quantity estimating means 260.
