<p>It is intended to improve the adhesiveness of the main body (10) of an absorbent article (1) to the area between legs of a user without promoting folding therein. An absorbent article (1) to be put on the human body which comprises: the main body (10) which consists of the longitudinal direction and the width direction and the thickness direction being at right angles thereto; a leakage-blocking wall (46) which is located along the longitudinal direction of the above-described main body (10) and designed to stand from the face in the human body side of the main body (10); and an absorber (20) which is superimposed on the face in the human body side of the above-described main body (10) in the thickness direction and has a liquid-absorbing material (22) capable of absorbing a liquid; wherein the above-described absorber (20) is bonded at one end (20a) in a bonding part (10g) to one end (10a) along the longitudinal direction of the above-described main body (10) and a part not bonded to the above-described main body (20) is located in the side toward the other side (20b) from the above-described side (20a) of the absorber (20). In this absorbent article (1), the above-described leakage-blocking wall (46) is superimposed on the above-described main body (10) and fixed at a fixing part (47a) in the side of the end (20a) along the longitudinal direction and one end (10r) in the side of the other end (20b) of the above-described bonding part (10g) is located in the side toward the other end (20b) in the longitudinal direction from the fixing part (47a).</p>
