PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lubricant filling technology for spraying off and filling a predetermined amount of lubricant into a bearing independently of any kind or any filling amount of lubricant. SOLUTION: This lubricant filling device 2 is provided for filling a predetermined amount of lubricant J into the bearing which consists of bearing rings (an inner ring 12 and an outer ring 14) opposed to each other in a relatively rotatable manner, a plurality of rolling elements 16 rollingly incorporated between the bearing rings, and a cage 18 having a plurality of pockets 18p for rotatably holding the rolling elements one by one. It comprises a syringe 4 for storing the lubricant under predetermined pressure, at least one nozzle 6 provided in the syringe for discharging the lubricant, and a valve 8 inserted into the syringe for opening/closing a front end opening 6t of the nozzle. The valve is moved apart from the nozzle at a predetermined timing to open the front end opening of the nozzle, whereby the predetermined amount of lubricant is sprayed off the front end opening and filled into the bearing.
