PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body information extraction device which extracts imaging information of a desired part of the upper jaw part and/or the lower jaw part from a three-dimensional imaging information of the upper jaw part and/or the lower jaw part positioned at an optional position in a space.

SOLUTION: The human body information extraction device includes a human body information placing means to place three-dimensional imaging information of the upper jaw part and/or the lower jaw part in a condition wherein a positioning member to be a dental medical object to be positioned at a position relatively fixed to a reference plane is arranged, a reference plane detecting means to detect position information held by a specific part of the positioning member in the three-dimensional imaging information to detect position information of the reference plane, and a reference position detecting means to detect relative position information of the upper jaw part and/or the lower jaw part with respect to the reference plane.
