PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the work efficiency when fixing a screw seat member to a supporting frame. SOLUTION: A slit-like cutout part 26 extending in the vertical direction is provided on a rear longitudinal plate part 25 of a left supporting frame 25 constituting a part in a penetrating manner of the rear longitudinal plate part 25B in the thickness direction. A screw seat member 27 is welded to the rear longitudinal plate part 25B of the left supporting frame 25 while the screw seat member 27 is engaged with the cutout part 26. Thus, without using any tool for positioning or the like, the screw seat member 27 is positioned in an adequate position with respect to the rear longitudinal plate part 25B, and the workability of welding the screw seat member 27 is enhanced. In this condition, the cutout part 26 is formed in a slit shape penetrating the rear longitudinal plate part 25B of the left supporting frame 25 in the thickness direction, and the screw seat member 27 is reliably fixed to the rear longitudinal plate part 25B of the small thickness.
