PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively give a massage to the respective regions of the shoulders, the back, the neck, the waist and the lower limb using one massaging device by oneself without depending on others. SOLUTION: Adjustable doughnut type rubber 2, 3, whose 360°can be used as a pressing surface are fitted, are fitted to a pipe 1 made of aluminum or stainless steel having high strength, whereby pressing or rolling massage can be given according to the regions of the shoulders, the back, the neck, the waist and the lower limb. The center line 4 and the scale line 5 of the pipe 1 are provided, whereby in adjusting the pressing width, the two doughnut rubbers 2, 3 can be located symmetrically to give a massage with stable force.
