TESTING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

An apparatus and a method for testing a brightness and color-controlling module in a united nautical system are provided to test a performance of the brightness and color-controlling module accurately and automatically. A master performance-evaluating apparatus(1) transmits a command signal, a brightness control code, and a color control code to respective slave performance evaluation units(13) installed on a plurality of workstations(2-6). The master performance-evaluating apparatus outputs a result report where the process results of the slave performance evaluation units are united correspondingly to the transmission. Each of the workstations includes a united nautical system(10) and a pallet server(11). Each of the workstations further includes one of the slave performance evaluation units. The slave performance evaluation unit supplies the brightness and color control codes to perform a corresponding test, and supplies test result information to the master performance-evaluating apparatus.
