<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial two wheel vehicle by which the control of running according to the operation of a brake and/or acceleration bar can be well carried out. <P>SOLUTION: A seat mounting portion 7 is arranged in the middle portion of a handle 5 via a supporting member 6. A slide portion 8 is arranged on the seat mounting portion 7 and a seat 9 is arranged on the slide portion 8. Further, the brake and/or acceleration lever 10 is arranged near the portion gripped by an occupant (not shown) of the handle 5. Furthermore, in the state where the lever 10 is not forced by the occupant the seat 9 is placed at the vertically upper position of the middle of the wheel shaft of wheels 1. On the other hand, force acts in a direction for closing the lever 10 and the seat 9 moves rearward when the occupant brakes.
