PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preventively inhibit a malfunction in a data collector due to a temperature environment. SOLUTION: A data collecting section 32 collects information from a detecting means at a regular interval. A data control section 31 implements an internal process for targeting data outputted from the data collecting section 32. The data collecting section 32 implements a protection process for reserving a function of the data control section 31 if a temperature within a main housing 30a is out of an operation-ensured temperature range of the data control section 31.
